Lost the existence that once I used to be proud of. Lost the hope to achieve what I always wanted. Lost the passion to make it bigger than I always possessed. Lost the hunger to attain the goals that I had made. Lost the sense of direction that once used to be so crisp and clear. I’m just lost to the core…

To be precise, everyone in this world is double faced. So there isn’t really anyone who you could trust. Its a world of idiots and people full of greed and jealousy. Hypocrites. Bastards. I’d like to tell all such people… you can just get lost! Yes YOU! … If its you who has been a hypocrite with me or anyone in the world. If its you who has hurt the feelings of people without even giving a second thought how it feels. If its you who has ripped someone apart from your so-called ‘right’ decisions. You’ll get the taste of hell fire. And that too very soon!

I’ve finally just lost it because there is no place in this world for people who trust. But I’m going to return… And when I return… It’ll be plain revenge … because… I hate to say this… but there is no place for ‘nice’ guys in this world… So if you are a nice guy … try changing yourself before this world eats you up alive!

Back After 4 Damn Months?!!

Hey Guys,

Finally after 4 months, I am reviving my digital notebook yet AGAIN… I know its really stupid to do that, and I have no real excuses apart from the fact that I had been up to several things lately. Though I know I’ve just lost it now, cause I have not been writing anything here lately, but that does not mean I have been hibernating all that time.

Have made pretty decent progress in all that time, and following is a list to update you guys with whatever I have been doing:

  • Had been working on launching PakMediaBlog. Well to be honest, this was the main reason that took up majority of my time and I couldn’t get back here to writing about whatever I have been up to. It is a media blog for Pakistan (my country), where I am happy to have several contributors who write about topics related to Marketing, Advertising, Media as well as a lot of random issues. Its growing and getting noticed further, which is encouraging for me. If you wish to check it out please click here!
  • I’ve also been lucky to get a start to a teaching career. People who knew me from always could never have thought I could speak in public, but this is transition guys … I’m glad I’m over my biggest fear and have moved on.. FINALLY! Yes.. If you would have asked me 4 months ago what are my weaknesses… the only thing I felt I was weak in was public speaking and presentations. I’m also glad to get a good creative bunch of students both in the summer semester as well as the fall semester, which makes the sessions more interesting. Will keep you posted on the progress.
  • I’ve also been up to launching a few more websites, as I have been learning more and more about how dot com business work out. Although they are still in the pipeline, but will be out soon.
  • I had also been working on the concept of “brand blogging,” but the problem is that none of the marketing teams in this country (Pakistan) understand the true essence of blogging. I’m not going to tell you the full details of what has been happening .. but for GOD’s sake blogging cannot be planted .. and PUHLEEASEEEEEE.. can you please maintain the difference between blogging and SPAMMING? Its just LAME .. and no one likes it!! ..

Well that’s more or less about what has been happening at my end lately. And all of this does not mean I am disconnected with my first love. No I’m not talking about a ‘hot chick’ here, I’m talking about Arsenal FC.. a team which is just plain amazing (shoo ManU & Chelsea fans!) … I had been criticizing them during the end of the last season .. because it hurts to see them lose.. but .. Wenger is the man as always .. and he has put together a good team.. I just hope this team keeps on going as it is .. they have given us a GREAT start ..

Reply to Protests Against ‘Letter to Mr. Wenger: Arsenal vs ManU (Champions League 1st Leg 29th April 09)’

I am writing this post as a reply to my previous post, that was an open letter to Arsene Wenger for the problems I have been observing in Arsenal’s side. This came out as a harsh outburst in the form of an email/letter directed to Arsenal’s top management and Arsene Wenger.

The intention of that email was not to insult Arsene or Arsenal in anyway possible. And although I do know that I did get a lot of harsh and constructive feedback on my email to Arsenal from a lot of Gunners out there, and a lot of people already do consider me a so-called ‘disgrace to the Arsenal community’ as a fan.

In reply to this, I would only like to say that I cannot just sit quiet and keep supporting the wrong moves of the team I love. I like to voice my concerns as a fan and I just couldn’t take it specially after losing the game against Chelsea at Wembley in the FA Cup Semi Final as a result of the few mistakes that were made. I want to be part of the club I support and I believe in critical analysis. Apart from this, I just want to say that at least I did an effort to reach out to Arsene and the Arsenal management one way or the other.

The main objective that I wanted to highlight was that, Champions League is something that Arsenal has never won. But approaching the semi-final in such a loose and a lazy manner was not what I was expecting as an Arsenal fan. I don’t care if we win or lose as far as we are giving a good fight back.

I know this team is very young and yet they are in such a top position. Arsene Wenger is one person who I truly adore and respect as a person and my mail in no manner intended to dis-respect him. I also agree to the fact that this team will develop into a great team, but only if they stay together. Because as soon as they develop in to good players, other teams are ready to pick them up for higher salaries. To all those people, who said that these players need time to develop and they will develop in to a great team together, I just want to leave a question before I sign-off today. Do you think a lot of great players will stick to Arsenal against great offers if we don’t win any silverware this season?

However, I have calmed down yet again and I hope we do a better job in the second leg against Manchester United in the Champions League on Tuesday, 5th May 2009.
